We have bought and sold many of the vermeil 925 sterling silver gilt over the years but This solid 18k Gold 881001 version is quite rare. The watch has all the features of that classic Cartier style but with a slim, sleek design and an original dial. Black Roman numerals, railway style minute tracking, sword shaped blued hands and cabochon setting crown. We particularly love the articulated, Vendme lugs which add an extra touch of elegance and sophistication.
